Biography

In 1994, Yuri graduated from Novosibirsk State University|Novosibirsk State University with honors, specializing in plasma physics. He was educated in marketing at Manchester Business School.

Yuri Ovcharenko stood at the origins of the offshore programming market in Russia, began his career in the IT-Business in 1998.

2013

After the merger of Vested Development with EPAM Systems in 2006, he worked with customers from the financial and insurance sectors, the automotive industry, and government agencies.

In 2007 Yury Ovcharenko took over as Commercial Director of EPAM Systems.

In total, he worked for Epam Systems for more than 19 years, which he left as Deputy CEO. Recently at Epam, he was responsible for developing a new business, promoting services and innovative solutions with a focus on the insurance, banking, telecom and manufacturing sectors.

2021: President of IT_One
