Diasoft has developed a product for automating military accounting in organizations. The company announced this on April 19, 2024.

According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, military registration must be kept by all organizations: regularly send reports to the military commissariat and reconcile the personal data of employees on military registration. The product is designed to automate the accounting and control of working hours of employees working in shifts, on a flexible schedule or on a summed-up time accounting (ERW). It allows you to adjust the duration of the work cycle for each operating mode, calculate overtime hours in different accounting periods to control the statutory standards. The company announced this on October 23, 2023.

The possibility of allocating employees with a non-standard work schedule from employees with a 40-hour weekly schedule has been added. A quick access to a group of such employees is created, which makes it easier to find them to work with the schedules of each of them. It has become easier for users to select an employee to view, change a work schedule, or enter schedule deviations.

Each timesheet has been added the ability to create its own list of timesheet employees. Each timesheet can be assigned to a specific group of employees or departments for which it will be responsible. On October 3, 2022, Diasoft announced the development of the Personnel Accounting product to automate the planning and recording of working hours for employees working in shifts or on a flexible schedule. Intelligent accounting algorithms implemented in the product allow you to support a variety of options for interchangeable and multi-shift operating modes, sliding schedules that require the introduction of summed time accounting (ERW) to comply with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
