Delivery products for brands and online stores

On November 29, 2021, Dostavista, a global crowdsourcing delivery service on the day of order, announced products to help brands and sellers deliver fast delivery in 10 countries.

The presented Dostavista functionality is designed to help brands and online stores increase recognition and provide a positive experience for customers:

  • Returns: customers will be able to immediately return the goods they did not like to the courier. Thanks to this, companies will be able to provide their customers with partial delivery, which is especially relevant for clothing and accessory brands.
  • Branded messages: Companies can now brand text messages for customers, allowing recipients to immediately understand who sent them the order.

Combined with existing features such as real-time tracking, which allows customers to see in real time the position of the delivery courier, the proposed features will help companies improve service for their customers by providing them with the information they need, as well as optimizing the delivery process.
