Biography

In 2002 he graduated from St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University.

During his studies, he worked at Delta Telecom CJSC, where in two years he went from marketing manager to head of marketing and business development, took part in the development and commercial launch of the SkyLink network.

Since 2003, he worked at OJSC North-West Telecom as Deputy Director for Operational Management and Development, Head of the Tariff Policy Department.

2005: Head of the Tariff Policy Department at Rostelecom

Since 2005, he has been working at Rostelecom: in 2005, Anton Godovikov was appointed commercial director of the Petersburg Telephone Network branch, and then was admitted to Rostelecom as head of the tariff policy department.

On August 16, 2021, Anton Godovikov, Senior Vice President for Work with the Mass Segment of Rostelecom, simultaneously took the position of First Deputy General Director of Tele2. In this position, he will focus on the development and implementation of a combined strategy in the V2S segment, as well as the implementation of synergistic effects within the Rostelecom group of companies. 2023: Tele2 CEO

T2 RTK Holding (provides services under the Tele2 brand) has changed its general director. As the Telegram channel "Necifrovaya Ekonomika" reported on September 29, 2023, the company was headed by Anton Godovikov, who from August 16, 2021 worked as the first deputy general director of Tele2.

As head of Tele2, Anton Godovikov replaced Alexei Telkov, who held this position since April 11, 2023 (according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities). Whether Alexey left the company or moved to another post is not specified.

At the same time, it is noted that Anton Godovikov will also retain his position as senior vice president of Rostelecom for work with the mass segment and will continue to create a single cluster of V2S.^[1]
