e-gree - a service founded in 2020 for the legal consolidation of oral agreements. The creators of the project call it an alternative way to solve issues that are traditionally dealt with by lawyers and law firms. Through e-gree, users record the terms of the dispute, legally protect the transfer of sensitive information, ensure the confidentiality of meetings and correspondence, fix the terms of monetary loans, conclude marriage contracts and make wills.

In the application, the user needs to choose from several dozen pre-prepared contracts suitable, enter his data and send to another user for signature. For signing, it is enough to install e-gree and accept the terms of the contract. The average time to sign a contract through the application does not exceed a couple of minutes.

The founders of e-gree are entrepreneurs Ilya Flax and Araz Mamet and American lawyer Keith Fraser.
