2023: Raising $6 million in investments

On March 22, 2023, it became known that the no-code emma platform with Russian roots during the Seed round of financing raised $6 million for development.

The founder and CEO of Emma, which is based in Luxembourg, is Dmitry Panenkov. The company provides a comprehensive multi-cloud management solution without the need for code. Therefore, customers do not need additional qualified specialists or developers to implement their multi-cloud strategy. This reduces costs and improves business efficiency.

The funding round was led by RTP Global with input from AltaIR Capital and CircleRock Capital. Emma intends to use the funds received to increase its team and further develop the platform. This is expected to attract new customers in various markets.

Unlike other multi-cloud management applications, emma provides a number of features, including microservices, security, and network management tools, on a single platform. Our recently implemented machine learning algorithm analyzes the behavior of the company's workloads and applications, predicts future cloud spending and recommends actions to reduce them, Panenkov said.

Emma plans to implement a number of new automation-related features in 2023, including infrastructure as code and automatic scaling for managed services across cloud service providers. In addition, Emma intends to improve existing interoperability for customers' private clouds, allowing them to seamlessly move workloads from private to public clouds and avoid overhead in their hardware environments.[1]
